According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, 12 to 15 rounds were fired into a crowd gathered to honor the 25-year-old rapper, who died earlier this week in Atlanta. Officers located a 34-year-old woman at the scene with a gunshot wound. Rescue personnel transported her to a nearby hospital. A 39-year-old woman and two men, ages 37 and 43, later arrived at area medical centers in private vehicles. All four victims survived, law enforcement officials confirmed. Investigators have not released a suspect description or identified a motive. The agency said detectives are canvassing the area for surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses. The investigation remains active. Community members said the gathering commemorated Wheeler’s life and career. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a suicide caused by a gunshot wound to the head. Timmer said she was waiting in a hallway to speak with athletes when a member of the rapper’s security detail approached. What she described as a routine moment quickly became tense. On Friday (Feb 20), Live Nation announced the major milestone via Instagram. “Cardi B launched her first headlining arena tour this past week to two sold-out crowds, and made history as the first female rapper to sell out two nights at the Kia Forum.” Earlier this week, Cardi B kicked off her Little Miss Drama tour. Along with special guests and sold-out shows, there’s also been controversy. The rapper recently clapped back at BIA for throwing shade at her ex, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, with whom she shares a child. Ray J is making a dire plea to his fans. According to the singer, someone stole his heart monitor off his chest during a recent concert. The singer tells TMZ that while performing “One Wish,” he often jumps into the crowd to “touch the people.” However, this time things didn’t go as planned. “If you have the heart monitor, just let us know how we can get it back,” Ray J pleads. Ray J says if necessary, he’ll get the monitor replaced. However, he has been without the monitor for nearly two weeks and cannot access the important data he needs. “It’s important, I need it for analytics.”

According to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kim Kardashian is worried that her ex, Ray J’s, recent accusations could affect her dream of becoming a lawyer. A while back, Ray J alleged that Kim would face racketeering charges. Shortly thereafter, Kim and her mother, Kris, filed a defamation lawsuit. Ray J would later countersue, claiming that their bombshell 2003 sex tape was recorded consensually. Per Ray J, the pair discussed releasing the tape three years later. Now, in a new declaration, Kim is claiming that when Ray J made his allegations, he had “absolutely no basis” to make them.
